Rocky Faw joined Churchill in 2025 and is currently a Vice President of Asset Management, focusing on REO asset performance, development execution, and portfolio optimization. He is responsible for overseeing the firm’s REO assets under management, managing mid-stream construction projects, and executing strategies to maximize returns and minimize losses. Prior to joining Churchill, Rocky worked at Amherst Holdings for over two years, where he served as Director of Real Estate Operations.
In this role, he developed and managed nationwide operations across 28 markets, overseeing underwriting, portfolio management, and transaction coordination. Earlier in his career, Rocky held leadership roles including Director of Real Estate Operations at Ribbon, where he helped scale the company from a startup to a high-growth real estate platform, and Vice President of Acquisitions & Construction at American Homes 4 Rent, where he oversaw acquisitions and construction operations across the southeastern United States.
