Morgan Yanez joined Churchill in 2025 and is currently a Vice President, focusing on processing operations. She is responsible for overseeing all aspects of loan processing across Whole Loan Originations, providing strategic leadership and operational oversight for Residential Bridge, Fix and Flip, Ground Up Construction, and DSCR loans. Prior to joining Churchill, Morgan worked at CommunityAmerica Federal Credit Union for 2 years, where she was Manager of Loan Servicing. Earlier in her career, Morgan worked as a Consumer Lending Manager at First Federal Bank of Kansas City, where she managed consumer lending sales, underwriting, processing, and closing. Morgan received an M.B.A. from William Woods University and a B.A. in Leadership and Management from William Woods University.
