Hunter joined Churchill Real Estate in 2019 and serves as the Vice President of Business Development for the firm’s whole loan platform. With a focus on expanding Churchill’s market footprint, Hunter is responsible for managing the firm’s joint venture relationships, overseeing correspondent originator accounts, and cultivating long-term institutional relationships. Prior to joining Churchill, Hunter worked within the Capital Markets division at Wells Fargo, specifically serving on the Derivative Management team. Hunter earned his Bachelor of Science degrees in both Finance and Risk Management from the University of South Carolina
