Brad Barfield joined Churchill in 2022 and is currently a Vice President of Structured Lending responsible for portfolio management, facility underwriting, and transaction execution. Brad’s responsibilities include warehouse facility transaction execution, counterparty due diligence, and the management of bespoke structured lending facilities. Prior to joining Churchill, Brad worked at Riverbend Lending for two years, where he was involved in the origination and sale of over $1 billion in RTL loans and capital markets execution. Brad received a B.S. in Finance from the University of North Carolina at Charlotte.
