Toshiharu Matsuba joined Churchill in 2021 and is currently a Principal and Head of Churchill Finance Japan (CFJ), responsible for the firm’s Japan business and institutional sales. Prior to joining Churchill, Toshi oversaw sales planning for institutional investors at Man Group Japan. Earlier in his career, Toshiharu oversaw sales and trading for institutional investors in the financial products sales department at Morgan Stanley MUFG Securities. Toshiharu received a B.S. in Economics from the University of California, Los Angeles.
