Serkan Erikci joined Churchill in 2023 and is currently a Managing Director responsible for capital markets and business development initiatives. Prior to joining Churchill, Serkan oversaw the management of residential whole loan portfolios at Bayview Asset Management. Earlier in his career, Serkan served in multiple roles across a twenty-year career at Wells Fargo, during which he held responsibilities in mortgage finance, including a four-year assignment in Hong Kong where he led the expansion of Wells Fargo’s Asset-Backed Finance business throughout the Asia-Pacific (APAC) region. Serkan’s extensive expertise encompasses a broad spectrum of financial instruments, including Consumer and Commercial Asset-Backed Securities (ABS), Mortgage-Backed Securities (MBS), Collateralized Loan Obligations (CLOs), Commercial Mortgage-Backed Securities (CMBS) spanning both Agency and Non-Agency sectors, Australian Residential Mortgage-Backed Securities (RMBS), and Dutch and UK mortgages. Serkan received an M.B.A. from Georgia State University and a B.S. from Bogazici University.
