Lisa Noll joined Churchill in 2024 and is currently a Director of Asset Management focusing on multifamily construction loans. She is responsible for all aspects of servicing including on/offsite construction observations, plan and cost reviews, budgeting and contingency monitoring as well as client relations. Lisa has experience in all phases of construction accounting, as well as owner/contractor agreements, subcontract agreements, budget/contingency monitoring, cash flow, closeout documentation as well as lien laws and insurance requirements. Prior to joining Churchill, Lisa worked at Vertex, formerly Fulcrum, for 11 years, where she was a Senior Project Manager for Project Advisory and Lender Services. Earlier in her career, Lisa worked with well-established Real Estate Development and General Contracting companies in various roles, including the responsibility for the entire pay application and loan budget processes to ensure timely funding for numerous large A+ properties. Lisa is a Certified Professional Constructor (CPC) and has received an OSHA 10-hour certification.
